Roles & Responsibilities

Support students in selecting the best English learning. Promote and sell education packages to potential students via phone and online meetings.

Conduct needs analysis to understand students learning goals and recommend suitable programs.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to registration and payment follow-up.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction rates.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs and conversion targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and process alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience as sales or related field
