We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This role is key in driving store performance and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Support with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain a clean and well-presented store Handle customer queries, complaints, or returns professionally and efficiently Process transactions at the point of sale accurately and responsibly Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset and a passion for sales Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: Experience working with luxury or high-end brands Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools
