Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to identify their insurance needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to refine and close sales opportunities.
• Analyze market trends to tailor and propose competitive insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue sales-enhancing initiatives.
• Manage and update customer records and sales activities in our database.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to insurance policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Strong negotiation skills with a consistent track record of closing sales deals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Adept at working independently and as a part of a team-oriented environment.
• Possess a high level of self-motivation and a goal-driven attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in insurance sales would be considered an advantage.
