The customer service manager in call reception is responsible for answering incoming customer calls by phone. His role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he must also finalize sales, reporting to the team manager, his main missions are to:


Receive incoming calls from customers

Actively listen to the interlocutors

Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them

Maintain the highest quality of customer service

Ensure the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.

Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided in order to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.

Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written fluency.

Excellent sense of argumentation.

Commercial logic.

Required Experience

 


Telemarketing experience is desirable (Receiving calls)
