Job description
The call center agent handles incoming customer calls. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they also have to close sales.
Reporting to the team leader, his main responsibilities include:
Receive incoming calls from customers
Actively listen to the speakers
Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
Ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Before taking on the mission, comprehensive training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Desired profile
Perfect command of French and Arabic, with good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent sense of argumentation.
Business logic.
Real sense of listening.
Empathy at all costs.
Experience required
Experience in inbound call handling is desirable
