The inbound call center agent is responsible for answering incoming customer calls. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they also have to close sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main responsibilities include:
Receive incoming calls from customers
Actively listen to the speakers
Identify their needs, analyze their requests and guide them
Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
Ensure the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Before taking on the mission, complete training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.
Profile sought
Perfect command of the French language, with good fluency in both spoken and written French.
Excellent sense of argumentation.
Business logic.
Real sense of listening.
Empathy at all costs.
Experience required
Experience in telemarketing is desirable (Inbound calls)
