Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

Excellence Training Center is hiring experienced Sales Advisors with a strong background in SERVICE SALES.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads
Fix and attend client appointments
Close deals over phone and face-to-face meetings
Meet clients at office for final closures
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Maintain follow-ups and client relationships

Compensation & Earnings

Fixed Salary: QAR 2,000 / month
Settling Down Allowance: QAR 1,000 / month for 3 Months
Performance Bonus QAR 1,000 – 5,000 / month (based on results)
Commission: 10% on revenue generated / month
Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to QAR 10,000+

Postpaid mobile connection (Unlimited Calls & SMS)
Travel Allowance: Round-trip ticket every 2 years OR Half ticket annually
21 days paid annual leave
Eid Holidays: 3 days (Eid Al-Fitr) + 3 days (Eid Al-Adha)
National Day: 1 day Sick leave (with medical proof/approval)
Contract Duration: 4 years (extendable by mutual agreement)

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience (Read Carefully) ONLY apply if you have sold SERVICES such as:
Training & Education Programs Corporate Training / B2B Services Financial Services (Stocks, Life Insurance, Investment Services) Consulting Services Software / SaaS / IT Services Website & Digital Solutions Event Management Services

Experience Required 2–5 years of proven experience in service-based sales
Strong closing and client-handling skills
Comfortable with targets and performance-based income.
