Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of individual clients.
  • Present and promote the company's products or services.
  • Advise clients and identify their needs.
  • Negotiate and conclude sales.
  • Follow up on orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve the sales objectives set (monthly quotas).
  • Update the customer database (CRM).
  • Participate in commercial actions and promotions.

  • Minimum Baccalaureate level (commerce, marketing or equivalent).
  • Experience in direct sales or field sales desired.
  • Good command of French and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Sense of customer service and results orientation.
