Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, be target-oriented, and have a good command of English for daily communication with international clients. Actively promote and sell forex trading products and services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about trading platforms, account types, and financial instruments offered by the company.
- Assist clients with account opening processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the forex industry.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
