Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, be target-oriented, and have a good command of English for daily communication with international clients. Actively promote and sell forex trading products and services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about trading platforms, account types, and financial instruments offered by the company.
  • Assist clients with account opening processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the forex industry.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.

  • Good English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
