Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and contact new potential customers in the logistics and transportation sector.

  • Negotiation: Present our logistics service offerings and negotiate contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Customer Follow-up: Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers, ensure their satisfaction and respond to their specific requests.
  • Market Analysis: Study the logistics market to identify trends, opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operational and marketing teams to align sales strategies and optimize services offered.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in business, logistics, marketing or related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while being an active member of the team.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management, with particular attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Previous sales experience in the logistics or transportation sector is an asset.
