Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel products and services (packages, airline tickets, accommodations, etc.).
- Advise clients on destinations, itineraries and travel options.
- Manage reservations and ensure effective follow-up on customer requests.
- To develop and maintain relationships with clients in order to build customer loyalty.
- Participate in promotional events and tourism trade shows to represent the agency.
