Sales Agent

Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell automotive spare parts to customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable spare parts solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and close sales deals.

• Ensure accurate order processing and coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Agent in automotive spare parts.

• Strong knowledge of car parts, models, and specifications.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Diploma or Bachelors degree is preferred.

• Age: up to 35
