Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers on insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve/ exceed monthly targets.
- Draw up a weekly report about your activities and participate in the sales team
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time, onsite in the Obour branch.
- Enthusiastic and target-oriented with positive attitude and passion for sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset and flexibility to work across multiple branches.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
