Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the import, trading, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
