Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Fresh Real Estate Sales Agent will work full-time in an on-site role based in Cairo. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a deep knowledge of the real estate market. The agent will identify potential clients, conduct property tours, and work toward achieving sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a valid Real Estate License
- Strong background in Customer Service and Real Estate knowledge
- Sales skills with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team
- Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Eagerness to learn about the real estate industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred.
