Job Title: Indoor Sales Agent Pastry & Ice Cream Section

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Agent to join our team in the ice cream, cakes, knefe, and Arabic sweets section. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide product recommendations, handle sales transactions, and ensure the display is well-maintained and appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Assist customers in selecting pastries, ice cream, cakes, and Arabic sweets.

Provide product details, recommend flavors, and suggest pairings.

Ensure the display is attractive, clean, and fully stocked at all times.

Maintain hygiene and follow food safety regulations.

Coordinate with the kitchen to restock items when necessary.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.


Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to stand for long hours.
