Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, delivering seamless, client-focused experience.
  • Conduct property viewings with detailed insights, tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Provide expert market advice on trends, valuations, and investment opportunities in the UAE.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow your property portfolio, drive new business, and collaborate with team members on market strategies.
  • Stay current with UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: At least 1 year in the UAE real estate market.

  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE property types and market dynamics.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Mobility: Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a car.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
