Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, delivering seamless, client-focused experience.
- Conduct property viewings with detailed insights, tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Provide expert market advice on trends, valuations, and investment opportunities in the UAE.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow your property portfolio, drive new business, and collaborate with team members on market strategies.
- Stay current with UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: At least 1 year in the UAE real estate market.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE property types and market dynamics.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Mobility: Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a car.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
