Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms, focusing on identifying potential clients actively seeking property.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits while addressing client inquiries.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for all parties.
  • Provide expert market analysis and insights to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions about buying or selling properties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Holds a valid real estate license, with relevant certifications or designations (e.g., Certified Residential Specialist) being advantageous.
