Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate analytical insights to improve decision making quality and support commercial strategy.
- Create and manage data flows (e.g., primary and secondary sales, product categories, geography) ensuring high data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop regular management reports and dashboards ( cockpits ) aligned with sales department objectives.
- Support the automation and optimization of sales processes with a strong focus on CRM development and enhancement.
- Document and map business processes to improve operational efficiency and cross functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or comparable analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
- Experience working with CRM tools and an interest in process automation.
- Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to manage multiple data streams.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English
Desired Candidate Profile
