Job Description
• Perform in depth analysis of complex sales data to uncover insights, trends and opportunities for growth and improvements.
• Establish key sales metrics and performanc e indicators, regularly monitor and report on them to ensure alignment with a business goals.
• Provide recommendations for improving sales process, tools and system based on data analysis ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in regular reviews of the sales teams performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Track and monitor customer payments ,identifying overdue accounts and working with the sales team and collections to initiate follow up actions.
• Provide the sales team with the support related to credit and payment issues and advising on credit limits and managing customer payment delays.
• Prepare regular reports on overdue accounts, credit risk and payment collections performance for review by sales team.
• Collaborate with finance , sales and customer service to ensure alignment between customer account management and get business goals.
