Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data trends and provide actionable insights to enhance team performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain complex sales forecasting models to predict future sales and identify potential market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Analytics) is preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or consumer goods industry is highly desirable to understand market dynamics.
