Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

At NILEWOOD, we are expanding our Commercial function and strengthening our internal sales operations to ensure seamless integration, accurate reporting, and effective decision-making across all departments. We are seeking a Sales Analyst to support our sales teams by generating insights, improving internal processes, and driving operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards using Oracle and internal reporting tools.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, highlighting gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the primary link between Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and any relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless workflow and timely information flow.
  • Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and target tracking to enable accurate decision-making.
  • Enhance and streamline internal sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Validate customer orders, pricing, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for senior commercial leadership.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, including Oracle sales modules, automation initiatives, and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role preferably in industrial or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong command of Excel, Oracle, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven industrial environment.
