Sales Analyst

Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data across vendors, partners, and product lines.

Participate in data and report interpretation; design and implement dashboards and interactive reports for the performance of each entity and region.

Prepare and distribute regular sales performance dashboards and management reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Track KPIs such as revenue, margin, and partner performance by quarter.

Highlight variances, trends, and key insights to support business reviews and decision-making.

Support sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing historical trends and pipeline data.

Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with vendor targets.

Monitor inventory levels and contribute to demand planning to minimize stock aging and maximize turnover.

Conduct profitability analysis per customer, vendor, or segment to support pricing decisions and incentive programs.

Support rebate claims, back-end margin tracking, and SPIFF performance measurement.

Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting accuracy, and data visibility.

Support the implementation of CRM/BI tools and dashboards to automate performance tracking.

Assist in designing sales incentive programs (SPIFFs, rebates) and monitor results.

Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and partner potential to identify growth areas.

Segment partners based on performance, revenue contribution, and strategic importance.

Support account managers with data-driven insights to improve partner engagement and sales efficiency.

Support in preparing presentations and responses to different RFIs.
