Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally.

  • Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
  • Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM.
  • Support in daily admission reports.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and empathetic in student and parent interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles.
  • Based in Amman and available for a full-time role.
