Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
- Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support.
- Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
- Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM.
- Support in daily admission reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic in student and parent interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles.
- Based in Amman and available for a full-time role.
