Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally

  • Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
  • Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support
  • Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp
  • Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM
  • Support in daily admission reports
