Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales‑oriented Application Engineer responsible for specification, technical sales support, and application engineering of CMS chiller and central plant solutions.


Key Responsibilities

- Drive CMS chiller specifications with consultants, contractors, and end users.

- Support sales from opportunity identification to order finalization.

- Perform accurate chiller and system selections and prepare technical proposals.

- Review specifications, drawings, BOQs, and provide technical clarifications.

- Support pricing and value‑engineering discussions.


Chillers & Systems


- Air‑cooled and water‑cooled chillers

- Primary, secondary, and variable primary flow systems

- Pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, BMS integration


Engineering & Documentation


- Load calculations, flow rates, pump head, basic energy comparisons.

- Preparation of submittals, compliance matrices, and sales documentation.

- Coordination with projects, service, and procurement teams.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4-6

Mandatory experience with chillers and central plant HVAC systems


Skills

- Chiller application engineering

- HVAC fundamentals and refrigeration cycles

- HAP or equivalent software

- AutoCAD (review level)

- Strong customer communication
