Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key accounts across the MENA and GCC regions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while providing tailored cryptocurrency and fintech solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Engage clients across multiple sectors such as finance, technology, and real estate.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress, and report regularly to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferably based in the MENA region.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and fintech products is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
