Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area for BuildIn s construction and architectural services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs within the region.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress toward targets using CRM tools.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote BuildIn s brand and services.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for service expansion.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the business development process.
Coordinate with estimation, technical office, and operations teams.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or technical engineering roles within the construction or architectural sector.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive market.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, architectural design, and structural strengthening solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Profession in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
Strong understanding of BOQs and construction scope.
Must own a private car (mandatory).
