Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Manage and respond to client inquiries through E mail, social medias and WhatsApp Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients

Execute and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns

Handle online platforms and ensure effective customer engagement

Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups

Achieve sales targets and consistently deliver results
