Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing team with daily administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with clients, respond to inquiries, and update client information
- Support digital marketing activities such as social media updates and online promotions
- Assist in organizing events, site visits, and client meetings
- Maintain records, contracts, and documentation as required
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Track departmental performance metrics and support reporting requirements
- Assist in maintaining brand standards across all marketing materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
