Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support daily sales team activities on behalf of sales management.
- Generate sales leads and maintain lead tracking using spreadsheets and CRM.
- Manage salesman and customer/photography samples.
- Handle purchase order and sample requests, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance.
- Create and update available-to-sell reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders and delivery/shipping updates.
- Address customer care inquiries and sales inquiries.
