Sales and Marketing Engineer (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and targets.
Evaluate customer requirements and market conditions.
Identify new market trends and analyze business opportunities.
Source new projects and customers.
Build efficient and professional relationships with potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors, and other stakeholders in coordination with management.
Support and strengthen partnership relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
Prepare pre-qualification documents, presentations, submittals, quotations, and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Prepare required activity reports, statistics, and visit reports accurately and on time.
Prepare cost sheets and estimate unit prices for services based on market conditions, expenses, and profit margins.
Coordinate with the accounts department on financial matters.
Maintain and organize all work records.
Develop and maintain the company s client database.
Maintain good client relationships.
Requirements:
At least 4 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
Engineering degree, business degree in sales, or an equivalent diploma.
Excellent communication skills.
