Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Division: Civil Material Testing Laboratory
Nationality: Egyptian
Work Location: Riyadh – ASTRON LAB
1. Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certification in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
2. Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within:
Civil material testing laboratories, Construction industry, Engineering consultancy or related services
Good understanding of construction materials testing services (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, etc.).
3. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Promote the laboratory’s material testing services and generate new business opportunities.
Identify and approach ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Coordinate with the technical/laboratory team for client requirements and testing schedules.
Follow up with clients for quotations, approvals, and payments.
Maintain a database of clients and project leads.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
4. Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the construction industry and testing standards.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
5. Other Requirements
Valid driving license (preferred for site/client visits).
Willingness to travel to construction sites and client offices.
Good networking skills within the construction and engineering sector.
