Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies
2- Oversee branding and packaging
3- Lead the digital marketing strategies
4- Manage and optimize the marketing Budget
5- Review and develop action plan to achieve sales targets
6- Identify and target potential clients and point of sale
7- Strengthen customer engagement by implementing loyalty programs
8- Manage in-store merchandising and across all point of sales
9- Plan and execute promotional events and brand activation
10- Enlist company products in major exhibitions and trade fairs
11- Develop partnership with local businesses, influencers and media
12- Coordinate with Production, Operation Manager and CEO to achieve company goals
13- Monitor Sales Performance and generate regular reports

- BA in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing
- 5 to 7 Years Experience in Marketing, Sales and Brand Management in FMCG
- Proven Expertise in Digital Marketing
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to Multi task
