Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Officer in the media and advertising sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success by implementing and overseeing strategies that promote the organization s offerings. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strong marketing insight, sales prowess, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that marketing campaigns align with sales goals, ultimately driving revenue growth. Your expertise will help in analyzing market trends and data to construct innovative strategies, using your communication skills to effectively present ideas and strategies internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy targeting key media sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with important clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to create impactful advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients and partners.

- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media and email campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing project expectations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in media.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools for management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinking with an ability to devise innovative sales solutions.
