Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Service Manage sales, service, and application support for biomedical and laboratory equipment within the healthcare sector. Handle technical discussions and product demonstrations for clients and end users. Support the sales team in achieving regular business and revenue objectives. International Sourcing Source and communicate with international suppliers for laboratory and healthcare equipment. Handle all commercial and technical discussions with suppliers. Ensure close coordination and continuous follow-up with suppliers to meet procurement needs. Client Relationship & Business Development Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as a key performance requirement. Generate online leads and manage digital platforms to support sales growth. Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure timely responses and closure of inquiries. Operational & Administrative Tasks Execute and complete routine tasks efficiently and on schedule. Prepare commercial offers, cost calculations, pre-qualification documents, and enquiry sheet updates. Handle online tasks and maintain accurate documentation across all sales and sourcing activities. Address and resolve any operational or client-related issues proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical sales, service, applications, or international sourcing.

Strong knowledge of laboratory and healthcare equipment.

Excellent English communication skills for dealing with international clients and suppliers.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
