Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of product specifications.
  • Conduct on-site installations and configurations of complex systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients on product usage and maintenance, empowering them to maximize their investment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex systems.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and technical support, showcasing a proven track record in the field.

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or products, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to professional development.

  • Experience in the specific industry sector, such as manufacturing, telecommunications, or energy, ensuring familiarity with client needs.

  • Candidates must have experience working on projects No candidates with showroom/ retail experience will be entertained
