Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of product specifications.
- Conduct on-site installations and configurations of complex systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients on product usage and maintenance, empowering them to maximize their investment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex systems.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and technical support, showcasing a proven track record in the field.
Certifications in relevant technologies or products, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to professional development.
Experience in the specific industry sector, such as manufacturing, telecommunications, or energy, ensuring familiarity with client needs.
Candidates must have experience working on projects No candidates with showroom/ retail experience will be entertained
