Job Title: - Sales and Tendering Specialist

Location: Kuwait

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Tendering & Sales Engineer responsible for preparing quotations, handling tenders, coordinating with vendors, and finalizing solutions across IT and general infrastructure requirements.

The role is execution-focused and requires someone who can take an RFQ, build the solution, get pricing, and submit the tender without dependency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs/RFPs and extract complete technical and commercial scope

• Prepare: Quotations, BOQs, Technical compliance sheets

• Handle full tender submission process (technical + commercial)

• Coordinate with vendors such as:

  • Cisco , Lenovo , NetApp , Schneider Electric

• Obtain pricing, datasheets, and technical confirmations

• Build practical solutions across:

  • IT equipment (networking, servers, storage) , Generators, UPS & batteries

  • Compressors and general electrical/mechanical equipment

• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and Kuwait requirements

Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in tendering / pre-sales / quotations

• Proven ability to handle tenders independently

• Experience working with OEMs like Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, Schneider Electric or similar

• Understanding of mixed scope (IT + electrical + mechanical)

KPIs

• Speed and accuracy of quotations

• Number of tenders submitted

• Compliance (no rejections)

• Contribution to winning projects
