Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with end users in your assigned territory.
  • Drive the expansion of Beckman Coulter s test menu and product portfolio.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales application support, ensuring solutions align with customer workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (parameters, calibration, and quality control).
  • Deliver product training to customers and support field associates (sales and service).
  • Represent Beckman Coulter at customer sites, conferences, trade shows, and internal/external meetings.
  • Support External Quality Control programs (RIQAS) and contribute to clinical aspects of project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Commercial, Marketing, and Regulatory teams on product launches, field support, and safety notifications.
  • Provide occasional remote application support via phone.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory.

Proven experience in diagnostics and laboratory environments.

Clinical expertise with strong commercial drive.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Ability to build strong relationships with end users, distributors, and purchasing agents.

Highly agile, flexible, and available for extensive travel across Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of the Saudi diagnostics market.
