Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about products and services.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases, updating records, and generating reports to track sales performance.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials, contributing to the sales team's overall effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
