Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Emails processed on the same day.
  • To be aware of all the details of the office.
  • Management of commercial documentation and archives.
  • Receive the goods.
  • Perform sales follow-up: prepare the merchandise for the delegates and receive their envelopes.
  • Inform and document customers about our company's products/services and offer them the monthly deals.
  • Prepare pro forma invoices/listings and send them to clients by email.
  • Prepare the orders with their delivery slip (on-site sale or delivery).
  • To manage the delivery of orders from A to Z.
  • To ensure the smooth running of state operations.
  • Prepare the training materials.
  • Be present on the day of the events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in secretarial and administrative techniques.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) and the Internet.
  • Organized, serious.
