Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls.
- Emails processed on the same day.
- To be aware of all the details of the office.
- Management of commercial documentation and archives.
- Receive the goods.
- Perform sales follow-up: prepare the merchandise for the delegates and receive their envelopes.
- Inform and document customers about our company's products/services and offer them the monthly deals.
- Prepare pro forma invoices/listings and send them to clients by email.
- Prepare the orders with their delivery slip (on-site sale or delivery).
- To manage the delivery of orders from A to Z.
- To ensure the smooth running of state operations.
- Prepare the training materials.
- Be present on the day of the events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in secretarial and administrative techniques.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) and the Internet.
- Organized, serious.
