Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and guiding customers.
  • Verify, prepare and process visa application files.
  • Ensure that the documents comply with the requirements of the consulates.
  • To monitor cases until their completion.
  • Respond to information requests (phone, email, in person).
  • Participate in customer development and retention.

  • Experience required in processing visa applications.
  • Having worked at: VFS Global, CAPAGO, TLS Contact or BLS International (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of consular procedures.
  • Customer service skills, rigor and discretion.
  • My mastery of computer tools.
