Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer files (orders, deliveries, follow-ups).
- Prepare quotes, invoices and other business documents
- To act as a liaison between clients, sales representatives, and other departments
- Managing calls, emails and customer reception
- Participate in updating customer databases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- My proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word, CRM software if possible)
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy
- Neat presentation, team spirit
- Experience in a similar position preferred
