Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation and monitoring of the general management's sales strategy.
- Ensure compliance with specifications processing deadlines.
- Apply the regulations in force.
- Ensure traceability of Product Distribution (DMR).
- Ensuring Compliance with Customer Requirements.
- Maintaining and increasing turnover.
- Customer Portfolio Development.
- Handling and Monitoring Customer Complaints.
- Communication with the client.
To prospect the entire potential market.
- Ensure compliance with and application of work procedures.
- Responding to calls for tenders and consultations.
- Preparation of Monthly Commercial Activity Reports including Analysis and Action Plans.
- Customer Complaint Processing and Follow-up.
- Handling of Non-conformities.
- Collection and analysis of customer feedback.
- Ensures the completion of commercial operations.
- Participate in the bid opening session.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years of higher education: Business school or equivalent.
- Experience required: Minimum 2 years in sales roles.
