Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation and monitoring of the general management's sales strategy. 

  • Ensure compliance with specifications processing deadlines.
  • Apply the regulations in force.
  • Ensure traceability of Product Distribution (DMR).
  • Ensuring Compliance with Customer Requirements.
  • Maintaining and increasing turnover.
  • Customer Portfolio Development.
  • Handling and Monitoring Customer Complaints.
  • Communication with the client.

To prospect the entire potential market.

  • Ensure compliance with and application of work procedures.
  • Responding to calls for tenders and consultations.
  • Preparation of Monthly Commercial Activity Reports including Analysis and Action Plans.
  • Customer Complaint Processing and Follow-up.
  • Handling of Non-conformities.
  • Collection and analysis of customer feedback.
  • Ensures the completion of commercial operations.
  • Participate in the bid opening session.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years of higher education: Business school or equivalent.
  • Experience required: Minimum 2 years in sales roles.
