Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Assistant

  • Identify potential clients using databases, directories, and professional networks
  • N negotiates with clients on prices, deadlines and quantities, in accordance with the guidelines of its Management
  • Manages and coordinates customer orders from receipt to delivery (account opening, quotes, work in progress, invoicing, collection, delivery, complaints)
  • Informs, advises and assists clients, masters remote sales techniques and is proactive in offering solutions
  • Contact customers in case of non-compliant orders (e.g., orders not matching the quantity bar) and confirm by email.
  • Identifies and understands the client's expectations on all topics
  • listens and rephrases requests, understands his interlocutors and takes their expectations into account
  • Manages all potential disputes with customers regarding merchandise (missing or incorrect products, breakage, delivery delays, etc.), and collects the necessary information for the purpose of having the funds transferred to accounts receivable.
  • Optimize the tools and procedures in place by proposing improvements.
  • G re, n negotiates and follows up with clients on order quotas during price increases
  • It detects calls for tenders (websites), takes into account field information, etc., and manages and processes calls for tenders in accordance with the specifications.
  • Offers commercial deals to clients, according to management guidelines.
  • Serves as a link between the sales and medical representatives operating in the field and the clients
  • Creates and maintains customer records, and updates the customer database

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or marketing or equivalent
  • Professional training: Concepts in marketing/sales and sales force for those not specialized in the commercial or marketing field.
