Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative and commercial follow-up of customer and prospect files.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotes and contracts.
- Ensure the updating and management of customer databases (CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Participate in the preparation of presentations and commercial supports (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Coordinate internal and external communication: emails, calls, meetings, events.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in commercial monitoring and activity reporting.
- Contribute to the promotion of the innovative and dynamic image of the company.
Skills:
- Excellent mastery of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good writing, synthesis and professional communication skills.
- Skills in commercial presentation and document layout.
- Rigorous organization, autonomy and a sense of priorities.
- Taste for new technologies and the digital environment.
- Knowledge of the functioning of an engineering or technical company (an asset).
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Bachelor's degree +4 (Management, Commerce, Administration, Communication, etc.)
Experience : 2-5 years in a similar role, ideally in a [environment]
