Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative and commercial follow-up of customer and prospect files.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotes and contracts.
  • Ensure the updating and management of customer databases (CRM, Excel, etc.).
  • Participate in the preparation of presentations and commercial supports (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Coordinate internal and external communication: emails, calls, meetings, events.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in commercial monitoring and activity reporting.
  • Contribute to the promotion of the innovative and dynamic image of the company.

Skills:

  • Excellent mastery of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good writing, synthesis and professional communication skills.
  • Skills in commercial presentation and document layout.
  • Rigorous organization, autonomy and a sense of priorities.
  • Taste for new technologies and the digital environment.
  • Knowledge of the functioning of an engineering or technical company (an asset).

Desired Candidate Profile

Education : Bachelor's degree +4 (Management, Commerce, Administration, Communication, etc.)
