Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To prospect and follow up with existing and potential clients in order to develop the commercial portfolio.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions in line with the company's services and products.
  • Manage commercial negotiations and draft commercial offers (Proforma and Quotes) and conclude sales.
  • Study and finalize the specifications and consultations (technical and commercial offers) and ensure follow-up until the end of the operation.
  • Manage administrative files related to sales, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Use computer tools and information systems to optimize customer data management and the monitoring of commercial activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master 1 level diploma, Bachelor's degree or Bac +4 in a commercial or technical field.
  • Proven professional experience of 3-5 years in a similar position, ideally in a technical-commercial or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French to respond to emails and write various documents.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and information systems related to business management (Intellix software preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Resident of Boumerdes Centre or surrounding area.
  • Respectable attire (wearing a headscarf)
