Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales administrative tasks (order processing, quotes, invoices, deliveries).
  • Follow up with clients: reminders, claims, updating files.
  • Participate in customer loyalty and the development of the customer portfolio.
  • Ensure coordination between the sales department, logistics, and accounting.
  • Contribute to the preparation of commercial reports and dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
  • Listening, orientation, and customer relationship skills.
  • A good spirit of analysis and synthesis.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and manage several projects simultaneously.
