Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of sales
- Managing calls, emails and customer relations
- Prepare quotes, orders and invoices
- Coordinate with the sales teams
- Update customer databases
- Bac+2 in business, management or equivalent
- Desired experience in a similar position
- Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and good communication
Desired Candidate Profile
Associate's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or a related field. Experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
